Task
The client is a network of cosmetology clinics. Planned to update the fleet of equipment. It was necessary to purchase lasers for hair removal and rejuvenation, multifunctional cosmetic combines, devices for RF-lifting and professional massage equipment. Key requirement: price/quality ratio while maintaining European safety standards. The project budget is limited, the deadlines are tight, since the old equipment required replacement before the start of the high season.
Process
We started with an audit of the manufacturers' market in Guangzhou and Shenzhen - the centers of medical equipment in China. 4 factories with ISO 13485, CE and FDA certificates were selected. Conducted field inspections: checked production lines, quality control protocols, documentation for laser sources. A critical step was the purchase of test samples of each type of equipment before a large order. We delivered samples to the client, organized a demonstration in the real conditions of the clinic. Together with cosmetologists, they assessed the effectiveness, ergonomics, ease of service. According to the test results, the configuration was corrected: they replaced one laser source with a more powerful one, added handles for different skin types. In parallel, we configured the software: we Russified the interface, adapted the protocols to Russian standards of procedures, integrated customer accounting systems. Agreed packaging for safe transportation of laser units.
Result
The customer received fully tested equipment with guaranteed quality. The purchase of test samples made it possible to avoid errors in choosing a configuration and save 12% of the budget by abandoning unnecessary options. The entire batch passed the "white" customs clearance with registration with Roszdravnadzor. The project implementation period is 8 weeks from the first contact to the commissioning of the equipment. The client increased the revenue of clinics by 30% in the high season by expanding the range of services. Now plans to re-purchase for new points.
