Search for a manufacturer of special fur for individual and mass sewing

The client approached us with a request to find a manufacturer of special fur for individual and mass tailoring of various products — clothing and footwear. We were tasked with organizing the full cycle of work: from searching for a suitable supplier and visiting the production facility to manufacturing samples, launching serial batches, and delivering the finished products.

Based on the request, we implemented a step-by-step selection and support process in accordance with the company's standard workflow:

- Request analysis — we thoroughly studied the client's requirements for the type of fur, range of products, required volumes, and tailoring timelines.

- Supplier search — we conducted a search for a manufacturer at a specialized industry exhibition in China, selected a factory with suitable production capacity, and verified its reputation.

- Production visit — we personally visited the facility, evaluated working conditions, raw material quality, and compliance with technological standards.

- Sample production and shipment — we placed an order for a sample garment, checked the fur quality and cut, and then sent the item to the client for approval.

- Approval and batch placement — after the sample was approved, we finalized the terms, layouts, and volumes, and placed the order for the batch.

- Production control — we monitored compliance with deadlines and tailoring quality at all stages, and prepared photo/video reports.

- Delivery and customs clearance — we organized logistics and "white" customs clearance for the finished products to be delivered to the client.

Successful long-term cooperation has been established with the manufacturer. Several batches of special fur products were produced and delivered throughout the year in strict accordance with the approved samples. All deliveries were completed with proper customs clearance and within the agreed timeframes.
