The client approached us with a request to find suppliers for the production of roller blinds in specific sizes and colors according to the technical specifications drawn up by the customer. We were tasked with organizing the full cycle of work — from manufacturer selection to receipt of finished products with custom packaging and labeling.
Process
Based on the provided technical specifications, we carried out a step-by-step supplier selection in accordance with the company's standard workflow:
- Technical specification analysis — we thoroughly studied the client's requirements for sizes, colors, materials, and required production volumes.
- Manufacturer search and selection — we selected several roller blind suppliers from among verified factories and evaluated their production capacity and reputation.
- Comparative analysis — we conducted a comparison of prices, technical specifications, production lead times, and delivery terms from different manufacturers.
- Partner selection and approval — we identified the most suitable supplier for cooperation, agreed on the order terms, and approved the custom packaging and labeling designs.
- Production organization — we placed an order for sample production, and after client approval, launched the production of a large batch with quality control.
Result
Samples of roller blinds were manufactured and approved in exact accordance with the specified sizes and color solutions. After sample approval, a large batch of products was purchased according to the customer's technical specifications. Custom packaging and labeling were produced for the entire batch, taking into account the client's requirements.
