Challenge
The client approached us with a request to organize the production and regular delivery of diffusers and aroma candles. We were tasked with finding suitable manufacturers, ensuring production with individual bottle and packaging designs, and establishing a stable supply chain for large batches.
Process
Based on the request, we implemented the full cycle of work in accordance with the company's standard workflow:
- Request analysis — we thoroughly studied the client's requirements for the range of diffusers and aroma candles, required volumes, desired bottle and packaging designs, and the schedule for regular deliveries.
- Supplier search and selection — from among verified manufacturers, we selected several factories specializing in perfumery and aromatic products, comparing their production capacity, reputation, and working conditions.
- Sample production and approval — we ordered product samples, checked the quality of fragrances, materials, and compliance with the individual bottle and packaging designs. After client approval, we launched serial production.
- Production control — we monitored compliance with formulations, filling and assembly quality, and the correctness of the individual design application on bottles and packaging.
- Delivery organization — after production was completed, we organized logistics and "white" customs clearance for the stable delivery of large batches.
Result
Long-term cooperation has been established with regular deliveries of large batches of diffusers and aroma candles. Products are manufactured with individual bottle and packaging designs that fully meet the client's requirements. All deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes with proper customs clearance.
