Challenge
The client approached us with a request to manufacture sports equipment and products for yoga and Pilates according to individual requirements: color matching Pantone, application of the client's logo, and packaging based on an individual design. We were tasked with organizing the full cycle — from manufacturer selection to centralized delivery of finished products on an individual schedule, taking into account that the entire assortment is produced not at a single factory, but at several specialized facilities.
Process
Based on the request, we implemented a step-by-step selection and control process in accordance with the company's standard workflow:
- Request analysis and specification formation — we thoroughly studied the list of items, Pantone color requirements, logo layouts, and the concept of individual packaging, and agreed on volumes and delivery schedules.
- Supplier search and selection — we selected several verified manufacturers, each specializing in separate categories of sports equipment and yoga and Pilates products.
- Negotiations and approval — we conducted negotiations with each supplier, approved production terms, timelines, and costs, and agreed on logo application and packaging parameters.
- Sample production and approval — we placed sample orders with all manufacturers, checked Pantone color compliance, logo application quality, and packaging completeness. After full client approval of the samples, we launched serial production.
- Production control — we monitored compliance with deadlines and quality at each facility, and prepared photo/video reports for the client.
- Warehouse centralization — we organized the collection of all items from different manufacturers at a single logistics warehouse, checked the completeness of the kits and the correctness of labeling before shipment.
- Logistics and delivery — we carried out "white" customs clearance and shipped the products to the client strictly according to the individual schedule.
Result
Successful and productive cooperation has been established with several companies. Regular deliveries of sports equipment and products for yoga and Pilates are implemented in full compliance with the client's individual requirements: Pantone color, branded logo, and unique packaging. All batches undergo centralized assembly, quality control, and are delivered within the agreed timeframes.
